Total Quality Institute (TQI) was established in 1992 in answer to the need for a no nonsense approach of integrating quality into the culture of an organization. Quality should not be viewed as a program but rather integrated into how to do business. We create the forum, processes and expertise to assist organizations to create a profitable and customer-focused advantage to compete in a rapidly changing global environment.
